Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives within one or multiple business areas.
Conduct risk management for projects,
Provide on-site leadership for project teams by motivating and supporting team members to meet project goals, and adhere to their responsibilities and tasks to reach project milestones.
Manage all aspects of various related projects to ensure the overall progress is aligned to the achievement of strategic objectives.
Produce reports on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment of management activities.
Prepare detailed plans and projections for all project phases.
Participate in establishing best practices, templates, standard policies, tools and network to expand and mature the capabilities of the organisation.
Manage day-to-day project activities and resources, and oversee the project management team meetings.
Provide status reports about project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, as well as communicating them across leadership teams.
Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget to risks and issues.
Produce and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations to various audiences.
Manage stakeholders and multiple project teams in the context of a single project.
Assist in any disputes, negotiations, arbitration or litigation, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Application Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business communications or any relevant combination of education is required.
Minimum experience of 4 years in investment or project management background.
Minimum experience of 10 years in business project management, including scheduling, tracking and planning projects.
Strong leadership and diplomatic skills. Experienced in negotiating contracts.
Experienced in drafting and submitting budget proposals and proposing subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Demonstrate a drive for results and accountability to meet business needs.
Proven capability of decisiveness in resolving business issues, making decisions and managing priorities.
Interpersonal skills to implement change, coordinate activities and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
Familiar with ROI and IRR.
Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all secretarial work, administrative duties, and related corporate matters.
Assist in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
Compose and revise letters, documents, emails, and proposals and ensure follow-up with those requiring answers, responses, and written replies.
Assist in the management and organisation of the work calendar by scheduling appointments, events, meetings, and daily activities, including running errands as necessary.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for both business and personal arrangements as necessary.
Assist in screening calls, emails, transmittals, guests and visitors.
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
Coordinate on-site meetings, luncheons, coffees, as well as in-house events.
Keep important festivals in mind and make necessary preparation/arrangements as required.
Welcome, greet and serve guests at all levels.
Submit and monitor monthly claims.

Senior Corporate Finance Associate

Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities

Provide high quality technical financial support on a broad range of financial matters
Work closely on special projects and Audit, Finance & Investment activities.
Making recommendations to management on new products, features, pricing, marketing promotions, based on historical financial data
Conduct and prepare complex financial and business-related analysis, in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as necessary.
Offer assistance at Investment, Audit and Risk Committee meetings, preparing minutes, acting as liaison between committee members, staff, clients and other external partners.
Compile and analyse financial information and prepare well documented journal entries for approval to accounts as needed.
Ensure financial records are accurate and properly documented, and resolve accounting discrepancies as necessary.
Prepare and present monthly financial review package to management.
Assist in preparation and analysis of annual budgets and long-term plans.
Assist management and business units to determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet these goals.
Prepare consolidated forecasts and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas.
Assist in budgeting, analysis of revenue and expenses and business trends, as well as special ad hoc projects related to the designated business unit.
Perform month-end review of results to ensure accuracy.
Assist in revenue, expense, and cash flow projections and cost-saving opportunities within all areas of the forecast models.
Analyse projections with respect to various operating strategies, shareholder value measures, and other metrics or objectives.
Assist in any disputes, negotiations, arbitration or litigation, as needed.

Coordinate the design and functionality of a company website, working alongside web developers and web designers.
Responsible for website/social media content as well as creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
Brainstorm new creative strategies through digital marketing.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate brand awareness, trends and competitors.
Develop copy for various marketing collaterals (brochures, press releases, website material, etc.)
Maintain good relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaborations in promotional activities.
Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports.
Collaborate with department managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.

Application Requirements
