Zhou Chenfei has almost two decades of corporate executive experience and extensive practical experience in business operations and management. She is the Chief Executive Officer of 4N Performance and the Chief Internal Training Instructor of Action Education Group行动教育集团 (Stock Code: 831891), an expert consulting firm in performance coaching. She is also a frequent speaker at events on the topic of “The Power of Performance”.

As a human resources consultant, she has worked with companies from various industries, including finance, real estate, education, trade, manufacturing, healthcare and chain enterprises. Prior to joining D Future, she served as the Chief Consultant at a Canadian management consulting company and the CEO of a national real estate group.

Within 4N Performance, she has provided over 400 courses for more than 40,000 students. Recognised for her expertise, she is also a rotating instructor for the Bank of China, Construction Bank, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Economics.
